Welcome to our cozy 3 1/2 room apartment in the basement of the house on the hillside!
This charming apartment offers plenty of space and comfort over approximately 65 m². Enjoy the sunny southwest terrace and the convenient parking space right in front of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, 4-burner glass ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. The bathroom with toilet is modern and practical. Relax in the living room with a sofa set, digital HD-TV, and fast internet (WLAN). A dining area invites you to enjoy meals together. In the bedroom with a double bed (180*200, two mattresses), you will find restful sleep, while the second bedroom with two single beds (90*200) and a small washbasin provides space for guests. Bedding, towels, and kitchen cloths are already available. You will also find a blue trash bag for the first days in the apartment. Heating is provided by electric storage heaters and tiles stove. Pets are warmly welcome. Smoking in the apartment is not permitted.

Key: Please contact the key-holder a few days before arrival.
