Relax in our spacious and comfortable 3 ½-room flat, which is located in a well-kept apartment building in the charming "Rüefa" neighbourhood in Klosters Dorf. The "Rüefa" stop for the local bus is just a 3-minute walk from our accommodation, the "Sul Prau" house. You can easily reach the 2nd floor via the heated underground car park by lift, where our flat extends over a generous 84m² of living space. The flat offers a living room with two stylish leather sofas, a cosy coffee table and a practical shelf wall, equipped with a flat screen TV (including built-in radio). From the living room, a door leads to the south-east facing balcony with a magnificent view of Gotschna. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly into the inviting dining area. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and offers you the option of using an oven, a 4-ring ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a capsule coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave. The two bedrooms each have a spacious wardrobe. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a practical chest of drawers, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a desk. The high-quality bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a separate WC with washbasin. The amenities of the house include a heated ski room and a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement, which can be used by our guests. Please note that our flat is a non-smoking accommodation and pets are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used.
