Very pleasant, likeable and well equipped furnished 3 ½ room apartment (approx. 90 m2) on the first floor of an apartment building with 6 apartments; quiet location; dining room with large balcony facing south (unobscured against Gotschna/Casanna); fireplace, TV, WiFi; two bedrooms with double beds (single mattresses); modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with plenty of freezer, coffee maker, etc.; kitchen towels included; shower with bathtub with shower device (without toilet), separate WC, bath towels included; storage for skis and sports shoes, laundry room with washer and dryer for common use in the basement; parking lot in garage in the house; pets are not allowed; non smoking apartment.
