Very quiet and beautiful 1 ½ room apartment (34 m²) with a private balcony and unobstructed panoramic view of Davos-Platz and the mountain landscape (Strela / Schatzalp / Choerbschhorn). The apartment is located on the ground floor (no steps) of an apartment building on the road to Dischmatal. There is a bus stop (Solaria) directly across the street. With the local bus (city routes are free with guest card), you can reach the Parsenn cable car or the Davos-Dorf train station in less than 5 minutes. The walking distances are approximately 200 m to the cross-country ski trail, about 800 m to the night ski trail, about 900 m to the Parsennbahn valley station, and around 700 m to shopping facilities (also open on Saturdays and Sundays). Numerous mountain hiking tours are directly accessible from the apartment. You enter the apartment through a wardrobe with a mirror and a multipurpose cabinet. To the right, you come into a cozy living room with a spacious wardrobe and buffet, a comfortable sofa with a coffee table and two modern swivel chairs, a television, and a Wi-Fi box, along with a floor lamp. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a wall and curtain and is equipped with two new very comfortable beds (90x200 cm). The mattresses have hypoallergenic covers. A bedside table, reading lamps, and book shelves make the sleeping area cozy. The flooring in the living room and sleeping area is vinyl laminate. From the living room (as well as from the sleeping area), you have a unique view of the greenery and the mountain landscape. Through a large double door, you access the south-facing balcony, which is equipped with a small table, two chairs, two lounge chairs, as well as a sun umbrella and a clothes drying rack. There is an electric roller shutter in the living room. Opposite the living room, via the entrance and wardrobe, you reach a bright, modern, fully and functionally equipped kitchen with a large window. It features built-in cabinets, a sink, a table, 2 comfortable chairs, 1 stool, 2 glass ceramic cooktops, an extractor hood, a multifunction oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, dishes, pans, pots, and cooking utensils, … To the left of the kitchen is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink with mirror and under-sink cabinet, towel warmer, and hairdryer. The entrance, kitchen, and bathroom areas are tiled with natural stone floor tiles. There is no carpet in the apartment. Washing machines and dryers are available to holiday guests in the basement for a fee (coin-operated), as well as a ski and bicycle storage room. Directly in front of the house, there are parking spaces for the house's holiday guests (not reserved), and additionally, you are welcome to use our underground parking space (1H). Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
