Approximately 250 m to the cross-country ski trail, approximately 900 m to the Parsennbahn valley station, approximately 800 m to the night ski trail. Numerous mountain hiking tours possible directly from the apartment.

From November 2025, new vinyl flooring will be installed in the living room and sleeping area, no carpets anymore!
Furthermore, the vacation apartment has a modern bathroom/WC with an Italian shower, shower towels, bath towels, and hairdryer. The separate kitchen is also modern and fully equipped with a table and chairs, 2 ceramic cooktops, extractor hood, multifunction oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Small entrance area with wardrobe and broom closet. The entrance, kitchen, and bathroom areas are tiled. In the basement of the apartment building, you have access to communal washing machines and dryers (both coin-operated), as well as ski and bicycle storage. Furthermore, a reserved parking space in front of the house and a parking space in the underground garage are available. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment!
