Living room with fold-out beds can be used as two single beds (2 x 90 200) or as a double bed (180 x 200), TV, WiFi. In addition, a comfortable sofa can be used as a sofa bed (160 x 200). A second room is located outside the actual flat, opposite the flat door, usable as a study, children's room, retreat or second bedroom with sofa bed (140 x 200). Thus there are sleeping facilities, bed linen, towelling, duvets nordic for a total of 6 persons. Also new are a fully equipped open kitchen with 4-plate ceramic cooker, refrigerator, oven with microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kitchen towels, as well as a modern shower bath/WC. Shared use of laundry room, ski room, lift. Parking space available on request. Non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed.
